Thessaloniki, Classroom Training and Business Development Workshop
KiNNO Consultants Ltd, successfully organized a five-day seminar entitled “Classroom Training and Business Development Workshop” that was held from 19th to 23rd of June 2017 in Thessaloniki.
The aim of the seminar was to strengthen the contemporary and transversal skills of young unemployed individuals (including NEETs), higher education students and key SME staff on emerging topics falling under two main terms; “innovation” and “entrepreneurship”.
KiNNO, the HUB of InnoEnergy in Greece and Cyprus, presented the training session entitled "Leadership, Motivation and Team Management", as well as the schemes of InnoEnergy that support entrepreneurship.
Additionally related topics such as “Innovation Management”, ”Creative Thinking”, “Problem Solving”, “Strategic Planning” were presented by other academic and business experts. The seminar was also an occasion to encourage the participants to present their Business Model for innovative business ideas and receive feedback from experts.
The seminar was successfully organized thanks to 16 aspiring entrepreneurs that participated, coming from Greece, Spain, Romania, United Kingdom and Turkey, who were trained with the help of the methodology described in the KICSTART workbook of InnoEnergy and thanks to the highly experienced speakers from KiNNO Consultants Ltd. (Greece), KIM Knowledge Innovation Market S.L. (Spain), The National Council of Small and Medium Sized Private Enterprises in Romania (Romania), MAKRO Management Development and Consulting Ltd (Turkey), Gaziantep Teknopark (Turkey) fulfilling the purpose of its implementation.
The seminar was implemented under the framework of the Erasmus+ project "INNOGROW: Innovative Entrepreneurship for Increased Employability, New Business Creation and Economic Growth".
