Athens, Seminar 'Technology Transfer Profession'

KiNNO and the National Hellenic Research Foundation organized the Seminar entitled «Technology Transfer Profession» that was implemented on 31st of January 2012 at NHRF establishment. KiNNO Consultants Ltd. was the coordinator of the Seminar and presented main challenges of Technology Transfer in Greece and the current status of the National supply & demand in MED area.

The seminar addressed Technology Transfer Professionals while the main speakers in the seminar were Technology Transfer Professionals, intermediaries, and researchers from Greece, Italy, Spain and France.

Aim of the seminar was the presentation of best practices/case studies from networks of technology transfer, of specialized topics for TT practicioners (negotiations, intellectual property issues, financing) and of experiences from market side as well as knowledge exchange. The seminar was organized under the framework of the EU funded project "ΜΕΤ3" - Mediterranean Transnational Technology Transfer that aims at developing an integrated network of interregional cooperation among “producers” of knowledge and technology (R&D operators) and end-users (e.g. private companies) in order to facilitate industrial and commercial exploitation of research results.
