  • Contact, and payment information, user preferences, event and conference participation information

  • Other than as described in this Privacy Statement, we will not share personally identifiable information with anyone outside of KiNNO without your prior permission unless we believe in good faith that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with applicable law, (ii) enforce the terms of any of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of KiNNO, our visitors, or others.

Company or product information may be available by completing online forms to request free product downloads and demos, view KiNNO reports, register for online seminars or other marketing collateral. These forms require your name, company name, e-mail address, company address, phone number as well as other information to help us determine and respond to your needs related to the products and/or services requested.

KiNNO’s Web site provides links to third-party Web sites for your convenience. By accessing these links, you leave KiNNO Web site. KiNNO does not manage, make any representations about third-party sites nor are we aware of their privacy practices. The personal data you choose to give to other sites is not covered by our Privacy policy.

 

Information is used and shared

We may use the services of marketing companies to help us collect and/or log Internet Protocol addresses, Internet domain names, the web browser and operating system used to access the KiNNO Web site, the files visited, the time spent in each file, and the time and date of each visit.

We will not make material changes to our policies and practices to make them less protective of Your Information collected in the past under prior policies without the consent of affected registered Solvers.
