KiNNO Consultants Ltd, is an Innovation Consulting company in Greece, focusing on Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship and acting as an intermediary between researchers, engineers, businesses and investors to accelerate the deployment of innovations in the market. The company is constantly looking to expand its network of partners and build a strong team.
KiNNO is currently looking for an Administrative Officer.
Main Responsibilities:
1) Admin & Day-to-Day operation
- Handling corporate communications
- Managing office operation, processes & arrangements
- Organizing, Handling and monitoring corporate processes’ proper implementation
- Facilitating events and travel organization
- Supporting contractual, legal and financial operations
2) Administrative support to Public Procurement & Project Implementation
- Preparation of administrative folders for tenders/bids
- Support in project administrative processes (financial reports, timesheets etc)
3) Administrative support to Marketing and Business Intelligence
- Assistance to marketing activities (social media, flyers, website, platforms etc.)
- Assistance to business intelligence activities
4) Administrative Support in Monitoring of Costs & Revenues
5) CEO’s Assistance
Requirements:
- University Degree in Management Science, Business Administration or relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Virtual Collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom), PM Software
- 2-3years of working experience
- Effective time management, self-motivation, responsibility & team working spirit
Previous working experience in a consulting firm / industry will be an asset.
