KiNNO Innovation Intermediaries along with Steibeis 2I GMBH (SHIFT-HUB Coordinator) facilitated the Entrepreneurial Discovery Workshop “Exploring Northern Portugal’s Opportunities for Smart Health” carried out last week (on Wednesday, 9/10/2024) in Porto, Portugal during the Future Health Conference.
KiNNO, as a Greek Smart Health Ecosystem partner of SHIFT-HUB project, focuses on the engagement of the stakeholders of the quadruple helix in the Smart Health sector.
The Workshop followed a panel-based approach with the participation of stakeholders from different axes of the quadruple helix of North Portugal, namely technology providers, academic sector, public authorities, investors, etc. The discussion on exploring Northern Portugal’s opportunities for Smart Health was highly productive, fruitful and interactive and led to significant conclusions for the regional stakeholders of Smart Health innovation Ecosystem. Mapping the status in Northern Portugal in the field of Smart Health focused on strengthening stakeholders’ engagement and involvement in the Smart Health Ecosystem and promoting cross-border cooperation amongst them.
