The project aims to strengthen Adriatic regional innovation ecosystems in the Blue Economy by scaling up 30 early-stage deeptech innovators with advanced technologies. It promotes Open Innovation for the development of 12 EU-IPA Proof of Concepts. Key actions include offering innovation support services to help deeptech innovators upscale, build capacity, foster international cooperation, and promote investment. The project enhances the capacity of innovators to drive sustainable growth and technological advancement in the Blue Economy sector, with a broader focus on fostering international collaboration and investment opportunities
