This project fosters a collaborative and sustainable ecosystem for offshore wind energy development in the Adriatic-Ionian region. Leveraging the region’s extensive coastline and abundant wind resources, the project enhances capacity building, technology transfer, and adoption of offshore wind technology among stakeholders. It brings together academia, research institutions, industry representatives, and policymakers to promote knowledge sharing and innovation. The project also focuses on supporting SMEs by addressing niche problems and fostering a robust collaboration network through a digital platform. Additionally, it develops a comprehensive R&I strategy to capitalize on the region’s potential and address its unique challenges.

- Innovation Development Roadmaps: Design of a joint transnational R&I strategy with macroeconomic foresight modeling
- Entrepreneurship Capacity Building: Capacity building program on soft skills for stakeholders and SMEs, including communication, leadership, and problem-solving
- Business Analysis Capacity Building: Workshops for SMEs in developing effective business plans.
