The CoRINThos project focuses on developing a comprehensive methodology that combines both qualitative and quantitative criteria to characterize maritime clusters through the triple helix approach, which integrates academia, industry, and government. This methodology will be utilized to create Blue Economy Maps and Scenarios, providing key insights and recommendations for policymakers. These maps and scenarios will offer a conceptual framework that can guide future pilot projects aimed at fostering Blue Growth, helping to promote sustainable economic growth in maritime and coastal sectors while ensuring the preservation of marine resources
