The project aims to deploy, validate, and mainstream an open innovation system that helps SMEs turn sustainability challenges into business opportunities through cross-border partnerships in the EUROMED region. It will experiment with novel collaborative innovation models, building a vibrant community of open innovation actors and fostering regional and cross-border innovation. The project seeks to create an Open Innovation Network that helps SMEs transform sustainability into business growth. It will enhance innovation capacities, validate the EMPHASIS approach, and engage policymakers to build a community focused on sustainability-driven, cross-border innovation.

- Mentoring & Coaching: Providing mentoring, coaching services for Greek SMEs, startups, and scaleups.
- Soft-landing: Offering soft-landing, networking, and matchmaking services for foreign SMEs, startups, and scaleups from Jordan, Egypt, and Lebanon.
- R&I Strategies & Action Plans: Developing Open Innovation research and innovation strategies and action plans for the Euro-Mediterranean region.
