The project supports SMEs in the experiential tourism sector by promoting new business models, innovative services, and the use of twin transition solutions (digital and sustainable). Its holistic approach includes a Best Practices Repository with leading strategies to inspire SMEs on their transition journey. The project provides tailored training and expert-led coaching to build essential green and digital skills. It fosters Digital & Sustainable Innovation by funding 60 SME-led projects, each receiving €30,000 to support innovative solutions. Additionally, a Sustainability Certification & Self-Assessment Tool guides SMEs in achieving prestigious sustainability certifications, ensuring long-term positive impact.
