The “INNOGROW” project, under Erasmus+, addressed rising unemployment in Europe by enhancing employability and fostering new business creation among young unemployed individuals, higher education students, and SME staff. It focused on developing contemporary skills in innovation and entrepreneurship through an innovative learning path, including self-assessment tools, training materials, and classroom support. KiNNO led the design of the self-assessment tool, benchmarking entrepreneurship capacities across Greece, Turkey, Romania, and Spain. Additionally, KiNNO created training modules on innovation, entrepreneurship, and business development, which were used in capacity-building sessions in Greece. This initiative helped SMEs adapt to global economic changes and remain competitive.
