The project aims to develop SciDrones’ business model for floating PV monitoring, including market analysis, competition review, and an implementation roadmap. It focuses on exploring commercialization potential in the EU and Greek markets while developing a comprehensive strategy. Key actions include matchmaking between SciDrones and large corporations in the offshore wind and Blue Economy sectors, particularly in the Mediterranean. KiNNO will provide innovation support to strengthen SciDrones’ international exposure, promote its technology for waste management, and expand its commercialization.
