The aim of this project is to develop a permanent motivation mechanism for IPTO employees in the development of new processes, products, services and business models to meet the needs of the organization. Employees are a significant source of innovation and knowledge, as they understand the organization’s operations, needs, and problems. The goal of this project is to develop a permanent mechanism to motivate IPTO employees to participate in developing new processes, products, services, and business models. This intrapreneurship program will help find, evaluate, and utilize innovative ideas, accelerating their maturation. The contractor will present the project’s actions and deliverables using an analytical methodology, tools, and implementation timeline.
