The project focuses on establishing a pan-European Smart Health Innovation Hub to promote the development and adoption of Smart Health technologies and services. By creating a network of multidisciplinary stakeholders, SHIFT-HUB aims to shift healthcare from reactive to proactive, personalized care focused on maintaining good health. Key actions include raising awareness, enhancing digital literacy, and encouraging behavioral changes. The project also designs and implements a patient-centric pilot for secure, anonymized data access, paving the way for a federated European Health Data Space and fostering cross-sector collaboration and cultural change among stakeholders.
