This project provides training for the staff of “SPEIRA” and CERTH in technology transfer and entrepreneurship. It consists of two key cycles: the first focuses on the protection and commercialization of research results, covering topics like intellectual property, patenting, and market strategies. The second cycle addresses the operation and organization of a Technology Transfer Office, emphasizing relationship management with industry, securing funding, and developing business models for innovation. The goal is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively transfer research to the market and promote entrepreneurial initiatives.

KiNNO responsibility:

  • Capacity Building in Innovation Management: Developing skills and knowledge in managing innovation processes effectively.
  • Capacity Building in Open Innovation: Enhancing capabilities to leverage external and internal knowledge for innovation.
  • Capacity Building in Entrepreneurship: Building entrepreneurial skills to support startup growth and business development.
  • Capacity Building in Business Analysis: Strengthening the ability to assess and analyze business operations, opportunities, and strategies.
  • Capacity Building in Design & Operation of Innovation Support Structures: Developing expertise in setting up and running Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs).
